NOTE: The use of video equipment and cameras is STRICTLY prohibited at all Ebony Fashion Fair shows.  Only authorized photographers from newspapers (on specific assignment from the newspaper’s editor to photograph the show for placement in the newspaper) and authorized cameramen from television stations (on specific assignment from a producer to tape a portion of the show to air on the news) will be given special permission to shoot the show.  All media must contact the local hosting organization’s publicity chairperson with their requests.  The hosting organization will contact Ebony Fashion Fair to receive written approval for media personnel.  All media must have their written approval (to present at the door) prior to the day of the show.
